You bring the idea. I'll ask the annoying questions, then build the whole thing: the site your customers see, the tools your team uses, and everything underneath.

Stuff I've built

Direct-to-customer carpet platform

A nationwide DTC platform for a carpet manufacturer, covering everything from the customer's first visit to the sales agent closing the deal.

Storefront, agent CRM, lead pipeline, and a lot of API integrations.

Search & rescue mapping

A mapping platform for search and rescue teams, working with satellite imagery and live positioning data.

Real-time positioning over satellite map layers.

Hotel-lobby kiosk network

A kiosk network for a signage company: the screens in hotel lobbies, plus the console that manages the whole fleet.

React kiosks fed by Convex, built to grow from kiosks to TVs to billboards.

Invoice-backed lending for tradies

A fintech platform that lends cash to tradies against their invoices.

Just getting started on this one.

Status: in progress

Brochure websites from Figma

A steady stream of 2–6 page websites for businesses, built from a designer's Figma, with a CMS so owners can edit their own content.

Usually Astro or Next.js, backed by Sanity.

Internal tooling

Project management software, passwordless document sharing, that kind of thing.

The quiet stuff that keeps a business running.

How I work

I'm easy to work with, I don't talk in jargon, and I'll tell you straight when something isn't worth building. Most of the job is finding the real problem hiding behind the feature request.

These days I mostly build with Convex, React, and TanStack. You don't need to know what those are.

Got an idea?

Tell me about it. Plain English is perfect.
